Could this be Hollywood’s first feminist movie?

Due to unforeseen circumstances, the detail of this event has changed. Before the main screening of “Gentlemen Prefer Blondes”, we will be showing a short film that talks about evaluating women in film.
After the feature film, you’re invited to stay and chat about whether you agree with the argument that this is a feminist film or not!

Monroe and Russell were accorded the honour of imprinting hands and feet in the forecourt of Grauman’s Chinese Theatre, garnering a lot of publicity  both for them and the film.
